ALright was head coach of I LOVE YOU in the Overwatch Champions Series (OWCS) 2025 Pacific, through Stage 2 (5th–6th) and Stage 3 (5th–6th). Team coaching is the work he likes best. Since then he has coached New Era to 3rd at G-Star Cup 2025 Elite and Redstone Engineers to 1st in the FACEIT League S8 OCE Open. Before OWCS he was head coach of Astronic Esports in Oceania, and in 2026 he coached Hayabusa Gaming through the OWCS Japan open qualifiers.

Live scrim coaching: how a scrim block runs

- Between mapsALright gives short, specific notes: one fight, one rotation, one call. No long speeches while you're warm.
- AfterA debrief in voice, then written notes in your team channel with timestamps you can review together.
ALright can sit in on 3 or more scrim blocks a week as your scrim coach, as long as the times don't clash. Book early for your usual scrim slots.
When teams book
- Before a FACEIT League season. Get map pool, comps and ban plans set before your first match.
- Before OWCS open qualifiers. A season bootcamp covers the two weeks leading in.
- Mid-season slump. A team month resets habits across four weeks.
- Collegiate season. Weekly blocks through the regular season.
